Block Model 100 (Shortwave/Longwave)

Block Engineering's Model 100 Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometers provide the capability for equipping moving platforms for remote passive data collection.

These sensors provide a small, compact, rugged instrument designed to survive the rigors associated with detection-on-the-move measurement, and the difficult environments associated with process control at manufacturing facility.

The Model 100 can be optimized to collect spectroradiometric data in either the 2.5 to 5.5 µm or the 7 to 14 µm spectral band. Either InSb or HgCdTe detectors are available cooled to 80K by an integral Stirling cooler.

Spectral resolutions are operator selectable from 4 cm^-1 to 16 cm^-1 with scan rates ranging from 4 to over 50 per second.
